Between Realms

Seems I dwell in between realms
where each fleeting moment overwhelms
all that I once knew—
beyond excuses or “just because” too.

For there’s a purpose I now sense,
dismissing doubt and all pretense—
a meaning woven in my days,
a quiet compass in this haze.

Wisdom is no distant place,
no mere quest I choose to chase,
not time idly rhymed away,
but truth that reshapes what I say.

It is the self that I became,
far beyond the guise or name—
not a mask or costume flair,
but breath drawn from the rarified air.

These words—no lie, no alibi—
are not adornments drifting by,
but an open gate for soul and soul—
a whisper: cross this threshold, whole.

    1. Dear S,

For me, this felt as though I was in a moment of absolute truth. Where the heavens and earth met in the middle and everything came to gather. I really enjoyed this write. H🌷
