From the alcoves southern face
we watch heavy rain drown
the driveway divots
the downpour dimples
and pocks those flood puddles
like endless tadpoles
needling the water’s surface to gulp air
with silver smiles
concentric saturnian circles
widen as the sky’s eyes dry up
and look far off
elsewhere
and I find without surprise
I am ready to step with you into
Annwfn
that abundant susurrant world
reflected.

Powerfully penned, Clay. Another excellent write with spectacular imagery my friend. Amazing read as always. Appreciate you.
