Stars Rite Due Process

At Stars Rite, we want to make it clear that no member is removed from the site without due process. We believe in fairness, transparency, and maintaining a safe and respectful writing community. Below is an outline of our disciplinary process.

1. 1. Initial Contact (Verbal Warning)
      If a member’s behavior violates site rules or if they have been deemed inappropriate, we will first contact them to explain why the behavior is not permitted. We take all circumstances into consideration during this process, including cultural differences, and we do our best to approach every situation fairly and respectfully.
   2. 48-Hour Suspension
      If the behavior does not change after the initial warning, the member will be placed on a 48-hour suspension. During this time, the member will not be permitted to post any work, comment, or have access to any functionality on the site.

• Final Review and Removal
  If, after the suspension is lifted, the behavior remains unchanged, a removal notice will be sent via direct message and email. At that point, the member will be removed from the Stars Rite platform.

We strongly encourage all members to familiarize themselves with the site rules. These guidelines exist to ensure Stars Rite remains a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for writers of all backgrounds. These rules are subject to change. However, please understand that any changes will be based on a unanimous decision from the team.
