I think it was how Winston Churchill described his depression.Most folks down under use it as a euphemism for depression.

Powerfully penned, Nick. Some people are users my friend, they’re in it as long as it’s an asset to them. Once you can’t be that for them any longer, they’ll put you out to pasture.
