Thanks, Naaj! I’m so glad you liked it. I was looking for something sweet and suspenseful. I accidentally ran into that internal Hawaiian love story when I was studying the flower and incorporated into the piece. It’s legitimate Hawaiian folklore, and I thought it was pretty cool.
