Unstable Faultlines and Explosive Boots
I saw him in the back of the room
a wide space between him and the crowd
no one acknowledged his presence
he was…a non-entity
it was a self-imposed exile
however unintendedI wanted to feel sorry for him
sipping his drink in silence
amidst all the gaiety and laughter
but I’d felt the brunt…Read More -

Even after the bridge is a smoldering pile you still can not feel anything. Once its gone, it’s gone.

Powerfully penned, Willow. Another excellent write with amazing storytelling my friend. Unfortunately power brings out the worst in humans. Almost like no one person should ever have that much power because it will corrupt them over time. Nicely done as always. Appreciate you.

It’s true. Occasionally it can be diffused. Not often though. In this case, he was a team lead who liked to flout his title from time to time. When they decided to make him a supervisor, I went to management and listed my concerns categorically. They promised to have a word with him and he changed his behavior immediately. In the end, I became his assistant for a while. He’s since left the team, but he never allowed himself to really be part of it. It was sad in a “get what you sow” kinda way. Thank you, my friend

Not the right time
I wandered into this strange land
The beauty I have discovered
With no one to hold my hand
Only a bag and cloak to coverI did not expect to find
A place to call my own
I moved space and time
Wanting to find a homeThen I met you
My world became so small
All my world views
Mean nothing to me at allIf I…Read More

Hi
The line i guess I can’t miss something that never occurred. Nice thankful note to someone who loved you and cared for you losing everything.
I have seen one movie veer zhara of India and Pakistan lovers who couldn’t meet for years and they didn’t say like you said they adored each other and lived for each other.
For a person like you it seems you don’t need love or neither the person you just fulfil dam your desire and finish it off.
For a person like me lost hope on love andman thinking person like you who doesn’t dares and cowardly fears of few hounds that cheat for money
Atleast I gave you hope and to many when you sincerely love do it sincerely else you like a flower crushed by people evil desire that evil dead cant hurt you.Jessy Jacob ❤️
I know you will get hurt but I cant ignore for few people who love sincerely and made their life heaven loving each other. My son must also not lose hope on someone he loves. -
I am open to get blocked or delete my account i am not going to ask your pardon. This site seems suicidal home that inspires people to die instead of living seeing few hounds crap. I am not liking it anymore.

This poem is of love. There are those who love and just cannot be together. Whether it be due to distance or obligations. Not all obligations are nefarious. It could be due to taking care of their families due to being the only on to provide because of an illness.
I do not understand your hounds. I write what comes to mind and I do not expect everyone to like it. It is just my thoughts.

You know this kinda makes me think if Mark and I decided to just be pen pals.
All the missed kisses and keeping it safe. I didn’t take this as a death or suicide?
Sometimes we bury how we feel too because we don’t want to wreck our fantasies.
What if it gets ruined and it ends before it even begins!

Such arrogance deserves to be burnt, not fading away, but excised. It’s a strange contradiction, our compassion and empathy, as it sometimes allows such arrogance to exist. It’s not that we shouldn’t have empathy/compassion, we should. But it’s in coming to understand how and when to apply it. I think it’s part of our human journey, our evolving…Read More
