I love how this poem blends cosmic imagery with the deeply personal act of creation. The idea of writing with stars, leaving luminous fingerprints on an infinite slate, beautifully captures the timelessness and universality of poetry. It feels both expansive and grounded, as if the cosmos and the earth are woven together through the poetโs words.

Iโve honestly have only watched the first episode of Stranger Things. but your poem stands powerfully on its own. The imagery is so vivid and eerie, it feels like a story in itself.

Hey Fia. Thank you!
I wrote this yesterday trying to find my mojo. lol
Itโs been a while since Iโve sat down and written anything.
Iโm going to post more often but it might be some older stuff from DUP.
Im still simmering on my other write about wildflowers.
Fingers crossed I will write something this weekend. Thanks for the support:)

What! Of course you should’ve been made! All of my bad luck, you are my salvation!
You don’t write “dark” much. But obviously you can when it hits ya. The plethora of details within the write make it full, like a bag of candy when trick or treating. (That black cat I saw a few weeks ago was right outside my front door this evening!).
Haunting write, my Morticia,LOL. -
Hahahaha. Thereโs your word plethora!! You crack me up up.
Me a good luck charm? I feel a pandora charm coming on hehehehe
And you canโt take it back. Iโm still your salvation but you have to take me shopping for girl stuff!
Thank you lover !!-
I was telling Glen, at work, about my boots you got me! He was asking about when is the hat happening. LOL. I told him I’m more a ball cap guy.

Wow! The whole write is moving but the line about having her wings plucked and her breath made off with, great metaphors for death. You have a great talent mister!

I like how the poem captures the restless, whimsical dance of leaves…itโs vivid and alive. I feel a shiver reading it, both from its beauty and the fluttering imagery– of moths (which terrifies me! Lol ), yet itโs utterly stunning. The gentle, swirling cadence and the soft rhymes make the poem feel as airy and unpredictable as the leaves themselves, perfectly echoing their flight.

The dance of the leaves as they pirouette to the ground is such a welcomed sight to see. Beautiful capture of such a wonder of nature. Good to see you here, Tim!

I don’t remember this one? It’s awesome! I like the liberation that it implies, because creative writing is indeed a form of freedom. This is a very strong write, Del. I can see why you love it so. As do I!
I’m so happy to see you posting in here. As some others are as well, I’m sure!
Smooch!
