The bow scratching across the strings mimicking a hammer pounding the nail. The dark of the coffin; the escape from this life to somewhere else…Incredibly dark and spooky. I get a real haunting vibe out of this. As though walking down a cloudy road next to a cemetery and hearing a scream, yet seeing nothing. Only silence. Awesome poem!

This is a hauntingly deep, dark and meaningful poem. The biblical cross references and the comparison of a month which is naturally attracted by flame and the inquisition that gained infamous notoriety through the cruelty of the stakes are breathtaking! This is poetry at its best, my friend!
