Protest
Protest! They say they care.
Protest! They wouldn’t dare.
Protest! They cut your hair.
Protest! They strip you bare.
Protest! They foul your air.
Protest! Your bruises hurt.
Protest! Your face is dirt.
Protest! Your eyes are tired.
Protest! Your jaw is wired.
Protest! Your eyes are black.
Protest! No going back!
Protest! Your lips are sore.
Protest! You lost your war.
Protest! Your voice is weak.
Protest! You cannot speak.
Fear not! Do not despair.
Protest! We’ll get you there!4 Comments-

It’s borne out of my frustration at The World, Fia. The Devil, threatening to wipe out a civilization using foul-mouthed rhetoric only makes life worse for all of us, bluffing or not. The Devils on the other side are just as bad, if not worse -putting to death 30,000 innocent protestors. Pray we all move to Peace, soon, girl. Take Good Care of Yourself Over There, Fia, Harriet-Jacqui, England xx

Protest sometimes isn’t enough, especially not when faced with such horrors. -Curt
