Well if you’re going to use the big E-word like that! We’re going to think the obvious. LOL
And then you put us on the guilt trip of sin once we realize it’s about a steeple of a church! You are sinister.-

Ironically, I was thinking of a write about sinners under the shadow of a (large) cross. I’m not sure about the religious aspect or not, just the idea of mankind doing what we do under that perceived shadow.
So we will see.

Okay, I am stuck with this, but I am trying.
Was born with eyes wide open
To be prepared for the truth
No one seemed to care or wanted to offend
What had happened on the roofTime withholds memories in a box
We crawl, then stand, and eventually walk
As a rusty key enters an unforgiving lock
Uttering words before learning to talk6 Comments-

For examples, you might read and study some of my posted sonnets, applying what you’ve learned from the lesson to become a bit more familiar with the Sonnet format … you should have it down by next week’s session. It doesn’t have to be perfect, just show a basic understanding we can build on.

This is a similar themed piece to one I’ve been trying to write for ages. You’ve done a great job asking question about the decisions we make.
We both know every action starts with a thought and that’s where the mind comes into play.If we’re fully awake and listening, our minds will see what the consequences of our actions will be.
I for one try to remember “no harm to any sentient being”, not always easy do.
I believe if a person’s intentions are good then, regardless of the law or societal norms, their actions are good.I’ve preached enough, when all I wanted to say was….great write.
