Summary:
....H.S. of Art & Design circa 1981-!982
She was

An exquisite mime
A carved forgotten beauty
Blindsided my dreamscape…she did
Propped her visage inside my mind…
Swimming…..swarming along the edges of my
Sub-conscious…

My Eros

Left me hungover…with a mourning stretch
My glossed figurine…sifting ethereal
Spoon-feeding sweet memoirs
From the {most-high-school}..etched from another time-line

She’d string together days of future-past theories
Just for me…where we aged like fine wine
Where all of our what-ifs became that potent fifth
Of liquefied love…

The kind
We would stay forever drunk on…

    1. Love this stanza and the picture is beautiful.

“She’d string together days of future-past theories
Just for me…where we aged like fine wine
Where all of our what-ifs became that potent fifth
      Of liquefied love”

      • I’m glad you dug that particular stanza, Fia.
It’s pretty much the center piece of the mood sing I was
in when I penned this vibe.

        Big thx for the support

        Naaj

    2. Your muse IS beautiful, I can see why she occupied your mind. You paint just as vivid an image with your words, my friend.

      Just beautiful.
