Turning Struggles into Strength
In life, I often wonder—should troubles come to us at all? Yet I have realized something important: when a problem stands right in front of me and there is no way around it, I do not feel fear. I face it, step by step, and somehow I find strength I didn’t know I had. But when I overcome one problem and pause for a moment of peace, and then see another challenge approaching, that is when fear tries to enter my mind.
Still, experience has taught me this—when I am inside a struggle, I am also guided and protected. I may not know how, but I find my way forward.
Life becomes simpler when we choose simplicity. If we chase very high goals, we must also accept the hard work and risks that come with them. But simple skills can also build a steady and peaceful life. For example, I started learning tailoring—cutting and stitching clothes—and I found joy in how simple and practical it is. It is a skill that gives me confidence because it is in my hands, with little risk and steady growth.
At the same time, I did not stop there. I explored fashion designing and artwork to improve my creativity. I am preparing for the LAWCET exam, pushing myself to study whenever I can—even late into the night. Sometimes I feel distracted or blocked by negative energy around me, but I remind myself that my determination is stronger than any obstacle. I do not give up. I sit, I learn, and I keep moving toward my goals.
I have also joined a nutrition course, and I am learning it with ease. Each new skill I gain adds another layer of confidence to my life.
Life teaches us that even a small mistake or a single wrong decision can have long-lasting effects. That is why it is important to think carefully and live consciously. The past will not return, but the present is always in our hands.
There is a saying: when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. To me, this means transforming pain into strength. If we only cry about how others hurt us, we give them more power. But when we stand strong, continue our work, and focus on growth, we show our true strength—and those who try to hurt us lose their hold.
No matter how many problems come, I choose to keep faith in myself and move forward with even greater strength. Over time, those problems lose their power. They no longer control me.
I have seen enough challenges to understand this deeply: your life is in your hands. You know your abilities, your limits, and your dreams. When you take control of your path and keep improving yourself, you reach a level where no one can compete with your inner strength.
Even when the mind suggests holding onto anger or grudges, I choose to do good. Time is precious—once it passes, it never returns. So I try to use every moment wisely.
Fear gives power to those who try to hurt us. Courage takes that power away. Even if others support us, true protection comes from within—from our own ability to stand up and move forward.
If we let suffering pull us into negativity, we lose our mental strength. But if we protect our mind with positive thoughts and keep doing what is right, we grow stronger every day. And one day, those who wasted their time hurting others will realize they achieved nothing—while we moved forward and built a meaningful life.
So I continue—learning, growing, and believing. Because no matter what comes, I know I have the strength to rise again.
