Steadfast Flame
Do not tire, do not fade
your small light still guides the way.Lift your hands, whisper your hope
let mercy fall where hearts are closed.Breathe, and breathe again
grace softens stone
faith carries flame.Rise each day
extend your hand
your devotion flows
into the unseen, the unheard
everlasting.1 Comment

In Places I Have Never Lived
- June 2, 2026

Love the art work!! It’s true I think, that we need to keep on going, to be the hope that keeps the lights on or the candle lit. Often, I think, people do not understand the effect they have on others, how their words or actions give people hope, a reason to keep going on. Our world suffers and it is the flame of hope that offers a way out. Thanks for your poem Curly Grace. -Curt
