    • Nope. Haven’t tried. Life has a way of derailing me. Thanks. I try to vary how I write and what I write about.

    • I love your writing style. I could not help but laugh at some parts and nod my head in agreement at other parts. Nicely done.

    Sky's on fire

Don’t look now But the sky’s on fire I didn’t know things burned in shades of pink Peeks of blue in between the lazy flares I thought that was supposed to be The hottest part of the flame Fully formed day clouds Drifting away like the...

    • hello lovely poetess this is beautifully uplifting 💕

    • Inspirational. It reminded me a bit of Debby Boone’s You Light Up My Life. Whether it’s the fire in your soul or a person who lights up your existence – and yes, an awesome day that is so beautiful that it bears acknowledgement…you captured it!

    • Sad but sweetly done

    • As many times as I’ve seen breathtaking sunsets like this, I never fail to be amazed. Your lovely words do the scene justice.

    • hello beautiful poetess I feel this very deeply 💕

    • I shed a tear on this one. My son moved to the state of Washington and left behind most of his things. I HAVE DONE THIS! He hopes to visit at Christmas. I haven’t told him about my cancer treatments or surgery. I see the doctor again in less than a month and I’m hoping for good news. Either way, I tell him where I stand. I finished chemo in July. The waiting is horrid. I was so into what I could to and doing it that months flew up. Painful and fearful days also slept away. Now the time us moving too slowly. I have blood work next week and then…the office visit. I really loved this piece.
