This entry is part 8 of 8 in the series Neti Savitri (Today's Savitri)

I know how to live

I know how to make my life

I know how it breaks

I know who breaks it

Its my home

My home every sweat his body gone through

My home who made it a temple

Ny home who are trying to protect

I never let its pride go away

I am part of each brick made unknowingly by me

Now I stand here watching from few miles

People making it pub and sex in it,

Very far from home my mother-in-law sees and with tears in her eyes which are being consoled by my father-in-law asking me where are you are you not knowing what is happening dear Rani we are with you please clean it the walls floors steps.. your husband helplessly seeing the way for you….

I just cry listening them i am not away daily I am keeping it clean dont worry dirt will  come out because i am using my hands unseen by my husband

Jessy Jacob

With love to my family.
