You can be an agitator
Trying to be a dictator
Doomed to be an aggravator
Chasing off collaborators
Higher than a navigator
Laughing at the demonstrators
Thinking they are safe from all the rules
But everybody knows
When the chips are finally down
The bastards have to throw you to the wolves
Some will come a running
To the sound of crazy drumming
Hid behind a guitar strumming
For a singer blindly humming
With a tune so unbecoming
While the audience is numbing
To the other music played by restless tools
But everybody knows
When the curtain finally falls
The bastards have to throw you to the wolves
Haters keep on hating
As the time keeps on a wasting
While the leaders keep embracing
What the hungry are replacing
So we can’t keep with the pacing
In a game we all are racing
To a finish where the pawns are really fools
But everybody knows
When the end is finally near
The bastards have to throw you to the wolves

It is impressive how you end the sentence with a rhyme and it flows so smoothly. then ending it with “The bastards have to throw you to the wolves”
I enjoyed this
