There was a silent wind watching you,
and I walked slowly to kiss you.
There was a desire happening in the air,
as if time were sweetly coming to touch you.
There was a growing glow in the background,
and I saw, deeply, your gesture approaching.
There was a murmur I could see,
almost gently asking to kiss you.
There was, eternally, a way of being,
and I saw your body vaguely pulsing.
There was a secret difficult to tell,
but easy, so easy, to finally kiss you.
There was a slow dawn in the world,
and I saw, intensely, your shadow dancing.
There was a silence that wanted to live,
and in it I tried, sweetly, to kiss you.
Suddenly, there was a gesture breaking through,
and I saw your name clearly shining.
There was an echo I could see,
calling my face to kiss you.
There was a way of suffering in time,
and I secretly saw your laughter escaping.
There was a perfume hard to forget,
that came slowly to kiss me.
There was, eternally, a trembling sky,
and I saw, deeply, your chest vibrating.
There was a desire I could see,
almost urgently asking to kiss you.
There was a way of understanding in the gesture,
and I saw, delicately, your voice landing.
There was a glow that insisted on being,
like an invitation to kiss you.
There was, gently, a world burning,
and I saw, lingeringly, your gaze calling.
There was a secret I could see,
born the instant I kissed you.
There was, in the end, a way to be reborn,
and I saw, finally, your body resting.
There was a silence that wanted to say
that everything exists only to kiss you.

A kiss can open up so much in someone’s life. We use it to show love, to heal, to appreciate ones actions, to say hello and to say goodbye. The feeling one gets from a kiss can be life changing, even if it’s just for a moment. More kissing, less violence. Great poem PAR.
