Tonight’s interview is with Sappho (Elke), whose intelligence measures in volumes. She has a soul that I could hang my hat on, and it would gather no dust.
Question 1: Who are your two favorite novelists?
A1: That’s a hard choice. I read a lot, and there are many great novelists. But among them are two diamonds which shine the brightest, in my opinion: Khaled Hosseini and Abraham Vérghese. They are both great storyteller, and their perspective on things and people is intelligent, critical and yet full of compassion and understanding.
Question 2: Who is your favorite “fictional” character?
A2: Morrie, the protagonist of Mitch Album’s novel “Tuesdays with Morrie” even became a role model for me. He is a retired University professor who gets diagnosed with the terminal disease. He never gives up and teaches his last lessons on the things that really matter in life, like love, compassion, forgiving and gratitude.
Question 3: Do you feel your writing is rewarding with, honesty, or imagination…inspirational or disciplined?
A3: I think all options apply, it depends entirely on the reader. Every reader will probably focus on the topics and attitudes that are relevant for them at the time they are reading. I just hope that many readers will find what they are looking for in my texts.
Question 4: Do you ever write, just to get away from the grind of daily life?
A4: Nope, I always write because I have something to say.
Question 5: Do you ever murder punctuations, just to speed up the process?
A5: No usually I try to use the appropriate punctuation. I write at slow speed anyway.
Question 6: Have you ever written something that left you breathless?
A6: Yes, once I wrote a brutally honest poem about myself and the situation I’m facing.
Question 7: Could a mentalist write your memoirs?
A7: I don’t think so, he would probably not find enough material. There are places in my heart and soul where I use to store memories and I only set them free when I decide to write about them or to do shadow work.
Question 8: Do you believe in censorship?
A8: I think every writer should feel free about any topic they like to, but I also think that censorship is useful to protect children.
Question 9: What color is your aura?
A9: I’ve seen it only a few times, it was turquoise.
Question 10: What genre best suits you when reading or writing?
A10: I prefer romance, spirituality and Philosophy,
Warmly
Elke.
Atticus: That concludes tonight’s interview, and thank you, Elke…who has a warm heart.

Thank you, Damian.
Thank you so much for the invitation to be your interview partner, dear Abbey! I really enjoyed our conversation. Your questions told me a lot about you. They were far away from the ordinary, and revealed a sincere, counter treatment with a wealth of life experience
You are very welcome, Elke.
I’ve not read her work yet, but after reading this interview I have every intention on doing so. Great work dearest Adagio.
