It’s cold in this time of the year
And it reminds me of your hands

Maybe from this thread of conversations
Days of Q’s and A’s
Days of exchanging stories,
And some thoughts
On how hearts can be fixed
We both lost our fair share of friends
And we’ve lost faith in the so-called love
And we talked on how love shines
From those sun-beaming smiles in our lives.
My life is this continuous reverie
