State of Mind:
Dear Danny,
I sit alone behind these grey concrete walls, wondering if the Police really know it all?
Craving just a little male affection when all I seem to get is your rejection?
Write me letters, pick up the phone, need your sweetness, so sick of living here on my own.
I loved you, baby, you loved me, said I loved ya, it…Read More -

My draft I see AI couldn’t express so well my emotional thoughts.
I complain about you for the life
Which we are seeing now
When you care you also need to giveI complain about you that you are giving much fun than freaking life which you are of with
I complain now about you that your responsibility has risen with much sacrifice to give to make mom and dad to be a dad as like dad and mom care and sacrifice.
I do because you are wasting a dollar for every second and you are not saving a dollar every second.
I beg your pardon for seeing the life what we are going through I must say complaints to you about your self because we ended up with no control of mom and dad…..

Unapologetically penned, Lizz. This is a powerful and honest write my friend. We all have ups and downs in our journey as writers, taking accountability and living to tell the story is what keeps us putting pen to paper. That’s just my opinion though. Excellent work here. Appreciate you.

Very cool. It places you in front of a crowd, that you are not fearful of. I enjoy self-empowering writes. it isn’t egotistical, it’s affirmation of your worth. Well done.

That absolute absurdity of itAs a child you were made to say your sorry
Looking in that same child’s eyes
There is not an ounce of remorse
Confusion

A ‘sorry’ like this is nothing more than the ego trip to make whoever said it feel good about themselves and nothing to do with changing what they have done. To be truly sorry, takes action, means changing attitude, behavior, and not doing whatever they have done again. A good poem for day #5 of poetry month, Fia. -Curt
