sleep…
we parted company…for the most part
a while ago
snatches of nap here and there
but a full night’s sleep?

I think your poem speaks to something very true Willow. There is a definite compression in the air in these times (and for many for a very long time before this). But especially today, there is the feel of the walls pressing in, everything is hunkering down trying to find a safe place to live in. This is no way for human beings to live. -Curt
