      Its hard to touch another’s suffering unless you’ve suffered yourself….I feel your pain.🙏

    • You have captured here that which is often so hard to put into words.

    • I’ve been depressed in the past, but some are clinically depressed and can’t get out of it without prescribed drugs. I feel for those people. It’s as though I’ve been released from jail due to time and age and they’re still in.
      This really hits the nail on the head.

    To outgrow any weakness, we have to first feel the pain and the embarrassment it brings.   We remember how it feels and we replay those awful images and we learn to coexist with nightmares.

    • Interestingly, being weak on something doesn’t mean you’re not strong. It is just for that one thing that we have to learn from.

    • There’s definitely a lot of truth in this, but also everything in moderation. Becoming fixated on things won’t make you better, just neurotic.

      Thinking is the root cause of all our suffering…. we can’t stop thinking but we can stop long enough to watch the mind.
