Your words swirled with the music in a tragic opera. I felt the sorrow in your heart for your friend born to be besieged in such a place. I can only imagine the horrors in these places. Your poem is a strong tonic to remind us of the tragedies unfolding on this planet.

This is one of the most powerful, tender, and passionately nostalgic love poems I have read. The word are filled with emotions and sadness yet also the loving expression of the keepsake of your heart. Truly one I will remember as the years progress. A deeply felt poem.
