really I just write whatever comes to mind so I don’t stifle my muse then there is my bipolar too to consider… so sometimes what I write is kooky lol ❤️

It’s a great self-therapy tool I think. I write for that reason sometimes too. I feel better today, not 100% yet, but well on my way. 💖🙏
