My lower bulb is empty
An endless abyss of time
So many adventures to tempt me
The beauty of life sublime
Every granular of sand
Where each moment is a memory
Disappearing as quickly as it can
Running out of eternity
Thoughts pass through my neck
My upper bulb now clear
Life’s twisted reality check
It’s this moment that I fear
Time that once was infinite
Has come to pay its fare
Soft whispers feel so intimate
These final moments of despair
Memories flashing before me
Converging at the same time
Fading simultaneously
In the realms of my mind
Reflections of life’s introspect
Time is unmatched supremacy
A broken heart of regret
Buried with my memories
