Blessed is the woman
who knows the weight of grace
and does not drop it
at the feet of men.
Grace was given to her by God,
not borrowed, not bargained,
not revoked by lesser voices.
This she knows.
This she does not debate.
Many rose to judge her
tongues sharp, hands unclean,
calling their fear holiness.
She did not answer them.
She stood.
She walks now
back and forth through her days,
becoming the woman
she was told not to be:
unapologetic,
luminous,
overflowing with love.
Those who know her
know the light.
They feel its warmth
before her name is spoken.
And strangers-
they smile in her presence,
for light remembers light.
Darkness cannot dwell in her.
It finds no shelter,
no foothold,
no rest.
Her light does not dim in hatred.
It multiplies.
It scatters doubt like stars,
burns truth into bone,
sets love loose in the world.
Love is her inheritance.
Love is her defense.
Love is her victory.
And it was so.
