...I am here in the silence.

Love Sonnet LXXV

Here I am, in the silence,

and the noise, love me

as you would a friend

who is leaving, forever.

Here I am, please stay,

for how can I live without

you? How will I know

the shape of you, the taste

of your lips in a kiss?

Here I am, don’t go away,

please stay.

Here I am, naked, afraid,

my dreams dying, yet here I

am, in the noise and the silence.

      • Crimsin!! You found the “Madness” in my poem, thank you. It is a good song, isn’t it. “Now I have finally realized….” Anyway, I am happy for your visit and for your kind words.

    1. This is truly heart-warming and breathtaking.

I embrace the emotional longing throughout each stanza. I like the first one the most.

It totally got me hooked in the most captivating way ever.

      Truly remarkable. x
