i woke up with such a positive attitude 
the sky was sunny 
beautiful scenery all around 
everything was perfect 
till you graced me with your disdain 
all your hostility brings me down 

heard from a friend 
you were talking crap 
guess you don’t have the guts 
to say it to my face 
so what was it you were saying? 
couldn’t be about my work ethic 
it’s just too solid

nah, she’s far more beautiful
