deliver me oh faith to the shaded bliss
in currents of green bring my soul to frution
suffer not the child of naught struggling to live
hinder no more or less
fragile of understanding, honest in my stead, I wander on
touching those I encounter
gentle feeling when I reconcile with another of likemindness
it is with great passion I proceed
gathering tiny thoughts like sea shells
a collection of beauty forgotten about
to be rediscovered later by thoughtful hands
lead me through the dark weariness of fade
into the sunlight of breathe

Dear B,
I can really appreciate the prayer in this poem. Being engulfed in God’s love and safety is such a great theme. A much needed reminder as we traverse this messy earth. H🌷
