5.33 am
back deck
cup of tea
birds calling
no wind
fruit bats returning home
8 billion human beings
so very few experience these moments
it really is just dumb luck
no God involved.

Quote from Stan Gramt in this mornings paper:
As a society, as a species, we are so untethered, so disconnected, uprooted, so redundant, so without love, that bitterness, resentment, may be the most real human emotion left.
**************************
AI generated prose using above quote.
Untethered
We drift a species without soil,
roots severed by our own progress,
our hearts replaced by static.Love, once a verb of fire,
burns now in resentment’s blue flame,
cold,
persistent,
the last proof we still feel.

In conclusion:
There is no future in the past.

There is no future in the past. Only lessons. Nice one
People are so busy, very few take the time to appreciate the little things. How can we truly appreciate each other then?
I like that quote as well.
The other thing I like? How you use AI as a tool. AI isn’t going anywhere. I was really afraid of it, still am to a degree, but if it’s used properly (as a tool rather than doing all the work, letting it take over), it can be a benefit. Man created it many, many years ago. We’ve been using it for a long time. People should have started bitching when they bought their first smartphone. It’s too late now. It will be here until the end of time. Okay. Rant over.
Love your post, Peter. Enjoy the quiet. The little things.
Thanks for your thoughtful comment.
The only real problem with AI is, that it makes the truth almost impossible to discern.Seeing used to be believing but not anymore. No doubt, the powerful and the wicked will use AI for any other reason than to create poetry etc.
