The Onyx Kingdom

conjuring the elements I free myself from past energies
with sage I smear myself and as the smoke rises say goodbye to what ails
safe passage the way you came
setting my wards secret words and objects casually placed
tripwires of faith detecting intent
let nothing wicked this way pass

altering my perceptions I look into the ethereal world
it is with grave responsibilty I scrye 
channeling the immortal during my astral travels

entering the Onyx Kingdom I am quietly observed
beseaching my Lord to act on my behalf
and lift the oppression off of me

concerned he utters silently
stay inside your sacred chambers child
now is not the time to disturb my reverie
but I will hear you

tell me what troubles?
I answer I can scarce tell you Father
something is approaching on the winds causing me discord

with honesty I rose to tell you what I am feeling
a bitter unrest among the peoples is of great worry
technology Father was it wisdom?
are the humans ready to greet the celestial?

ease your mind and pray
turn the hours in your collection of thoughts
sewn in your soul scar by scar is the hidden knowledges
great secrets of the heavens

Father will you send them to the dark ages again?

hush now my child it is of great importance you calm
get your men at attention I want to inspect the troops
conflict a neccesay evil to get where we are going
now I will veil your mind so you may know peace
your eyes will not see and your thoughts will not worry
until I summon you again be at rest
