Drag Queens and Blue Eyed Jesus

Here we are banning books about Rosa Parks                  
while the Pastor dresses in drag on Sunday                  
spewing a sermon of love that sounds more like hate                  
then goes home to berate his wife and children                  
but that’s o.k. he asked for forgiveness                  
so next Sunday he’ll expose the evils of bourbon                  
white Jesus with his flowing locks and blue eyes                  
carrying all his divine interventions                  
can’t seem to rise above it all                  
WOW! He gives us a choice, a rock or ammunition?                 
no turning of the cheek                  
no loving your neighbor                    
blow the door open walk inside                  
at 2056 mph they won’t even realize                  
they’re on their way to heaven                  
well that’s if they believed in blue eyed Jesus                  
please by all means thoughts and prayers                  
while I light up a heater and read out of an old book                 
something about a well regulated militia                  
it must be true, American terrorists seem to have good aim                  
oh yah the drag show on Thursday is at six                  
the pastor said “the only drag show is his”                  
said I shouldn’t buy a ticket for that sin                  
all I have to do is tithe and see him on Sunday                  
i said to him                  
do you think he really had blue eyes                  
puzzled he had no response                  
i told him   the drag queens get my ticket on Thursday
