Let me start by saying this. Harriet can write. Erotica may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I’ll sip on some HJ Furl any day. Darkly passionate, Harriet pushes boundaries and walks on the razors edge with her often emotionally unhinged female lead characters. Bringing depth to often overlooked mental health issues in erotica, her characters are perfectly flawed yet gorgeously sensual. HJ Furl is explicit without being pornographic, a tremendous talent in erotic storytelling as far as I’m concerned.
Georgie, the main character in Strange Taste, is sensuality and peculiarity incarnate. Primal in her lust, she has a particular taste for sex and men; her hunger all consuming. You’re going to be just as surprised as I was – the ending is a shocker. A short read, eighty-three pages, it’s hard to put down.
Harriet’s latest release, “Three Sisters,” is on my “Next To Read” list. If you like dark erotica you’re going to love Harriet’s work. Check out her books on Amazon, you won’t be disappointed. And if you haven’t read her posts here, what are you waiting for? Get reading!
