I feel the warmth of the Sun on my face
The Moon’s tender touch and her grace
I hear the gentle whisper of the wind
That has lost all its anger and its rage
I smell the sweet scent of the earth I am in
Of grass, of flowers, and all my kin
I bathe in tiny sprinkles of the soft rain
And watch butterflies’ unsteady dances begin
I look around
To see life abound
The evenings end in a glow
And each day new life will grow
The veil of deep slumber begins to lift
Spring has awoken
